Data Storage and Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We use industry-standard security practices including:

• Hosted on infrastructure maintained by SOC 2 Type II certified providers

Data Sharing

We never sell your data. We share data only with:

• AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) to generate optimizations - data is processed but not retained
• Shopify Billing for subscription billing - we do not collect or store payment information directly
• Infrastructure providers for hosting, monitoring, and analytics
• Intercom for in-app messaging and customer support
• Ahoy for behavioral analytics (cookieless)
• Google Analytics 4 for marketing analytics

We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your product data within 30 days. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.
